“DYROS” fell into the water

On March 20, a 4578TEU container ship named "DYROS" fell into the water off the southeast Kamchatka peninsula in the north Pacific Ocean. The ship DYROS was en route from Yantian port to Seattle when the accident occurred.  The container ship continued to sail south of The Alaskan island of Unalasca after the container went overboard.  The exact cause of the accident was not immediately known. The "DYROS" was deployed on the MAERSK TP7 service route and was on voyage 209N at the time of the incident, which involved ALIANCA, HAMBURG SUD, MAERSK, MCC and SEAGO. Departing from Asia, the ship will call at Qingdao port on March 8, Shanghai port on March 10-11, Yantian port on March 13-14, and then direct to Seattle port.
