Amazon is updating its European sales policy

Starting April 1, the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach will levy a clean Truck Fund (CTF) fee of $10 per TEU ($10 for small containers and $40 for large containers) for import and export cargo containers towed by trailers when they enter or leave container terminals. The fee was approved by the Port Of Los Angeles Commission in early November.
The Clean Trucks Fund (CTF) fee aims to help the port eliminate carbon emissions from all trucks by 2035. CTF setup costs help encourage trailers to switch to cleaner trucks.
Both the ports of long beach and Los Angeles have chosen a private company, PortCheck, to collect CTF fees. The fee is due on December 31, 2034.
Amazon is updating its European sales policy, which affects product pricing, mediation and refurbishment, effective March 31, 2022.
In its sales policies and seller code of conduct, Amazon explicitly prohibits price-fixing and search ranking manipulation.
The policy will apply to stations in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden and Poland.
